ENHANCED PROTECTIONS AGAINST LITIGATION RISK, DATA‑SCRAPING & AI MISUSE
Prohibition on Automated Access, Scraping and AI Training
Without prejudice to any other restrictions contained herein, the User expressly agrees that they shall not, directly or indirectly, manually or through the use of any automated means, including but not limited to bots, crawlers, spiders, scrapers, data‑mining tools, artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, or similar technologies:
(a) access, monitor, copy, extract, scrape, index, harvest, download or reproduce any part of the Website or its content;
(b) use any content of the Website for the purpose of training, fine‑tuning, validating, benchmarking, testing, prompting, or improving any artificial intelligence system, algorithmic model or automated decision‑making tool;
